Ryan Harmon, President

Ryan Harmon Redux President Image
Ryan brings a uniquely diverse perspective to the Redux team, combining extensive experience in sales, management, and business ownership. He launched his multifamily career in 2010 and has since earned a stellar reputation among industry professionals, steadily rising through the ranks at several successful companies.
 
Ryan holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration. He is deeply committed to upholding Redux’s mission and values, ensuring that our business, brand, employees, and clients are always well-served.

 

An active industry leader, Ryan is heavily involved with the Austin Apartment Association (AAA). He has held several key roles, including Product Service Council Chair, Vice President, and Board Member. He currently serves on the Budget/Investments Committee and the Board of Directors for the AAA’s 501(c)(3) organization.

Over the past decade, Ryan co-founded both the Ambassador and Mentor Committees, earned his Certified Apartment Supplier and Lyceum designations, and chaired multiple committees. In 2021, he was honored with the AAA President’s Award.

A proud alum of Saint Edwards University, Ryan is an avid fan of the Houston Texans and Texas Longhorns. He enjoys traveling and spending quality time outdoors with his family, and he’s a passionate cook with dreams of dining at the world’s finest restaurants.

Sam Levassar, VP National Sales

Sam has spent 14 years rocking the multifamily industry, primarily in sales for a general contractor, where he’s honed his skill for building lasting partnerships that elevate everyone involved. His solutions-driven approach has resulted in over $300M in projects, with major clients like LivCor, Camden, and Greystar.

But Sam isn’t just about closing deals. He’s a prominent figure in the industry, having served as President of the Austin Apartment Association Product and Service Council, sitting on the Texas Apartment Association board, and co-chairing the 2025 TAA One Conference in Houston. If there’s a committee in the industry, he’s likely on it—or leading it.

Outside of work, Sam is a man of many passions. He can occasionally string together two solid rounds of golf, shreds on air guitar and jaw harp, and has a knack for unlocking the mysteries of gates. He’s also on a personal mission to cure BAS and has a soft spot for mentoring those with a little less common sense. Most importantly, Sam enjoys spending time adventuring with his wife, Kari, and their daughter, Ava—who keep him grounded, entertained, and perhaps just a little tired.

Shannon McNamee, VP Operations

Shannon has spent 25 years building: homes, businesses, and on occasion, his tolerance for the chaos that comes with the construction industry.

Since moving to Houston in 2013, he’s climbed the ranks from Construction Manager to Director of Risk Management, and now to Vice President, a role that reflects his extensive experience and ability to navigate any challenge.

Whether it’s rebuilding coastal properties or revitalizing municipal buildings, Shannon’s expertise is as solid as the foundations he’s worked on.

Now serving as Redux’s Vice President of Operations, Shannon leverages his dynamic skill set, industry knowledge, and leadership talent to help unify and elevate our top-tier team.

When he’s not adding certifications like his IICRC Water Restoration Technician or expanding his collection of general contractor licenses, Shannon enjoys spending time with his family, cracking jokes, and hitting the golf course (with varying degrees of success). No matter where he is, Shannon knows how to balance hard work with a good time.

Josh Parker, Regional Director Construction

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Josh Parker has successfully managed projects across the residential, commercial, and multifamily sectors.
 
As the former Director of Construction for a national multifamily company, he led a team of superintendents and project managers, overseeing hundreds of projects and managing an annual budget of more than $20 million.
 
After spending four years in the real estate sector, Josh felt a strong pull to return to construction, reigniting his passion for building and managing projects. His deep understanding of property owner needs, combined with his commitment to treating residents with respect, has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the industry.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his family, raising his children, and pursuing his hobbies of golf and inshore fishing.

Cam Bruckman, National Sales Director

Cam Bruckman brings a lifelong connection to the construction industry, having spent his weekends and summers working alongside his father, a general contractor, from a young age. After finishing school at Colorado State University, Cam transitioned seamlessly into the multifamily industry, starting as a local account manager.

Drawing on his hands-on construction background and a steadfast client-first philosophy, Cam quickly ascended to working on a national scale. He now collaborates with some of the largest management and ownership groups in the country, delivering solutions that combine technical expertise with unparalleled service.

When he’s not forging lasting partnerships or driving results, you’ll find Cam in the mountains, fly fishing, or enjoying quality time with his family. His deep industry knowledge, dedication, and approachable nature make him a trusted leader and partner in the multifamily space.
